It’s Not too Late!

I know it’s the end of the year, and we all have the yearly goals that we would like to meet. Some of those goals have seemed to go by the wayside, some we have forgotten.
I admonish you not to be so hard on yourself. This year has come with many plot twists and turns and surprises that, if I might say myself caught me by surprise. However, the good news is that if you’re reading this post, you’ve survived 100% of what this year has thrown at you.
I thought of this passage of scripture:
“The steps of the God-pursuing ones follow firmly in the footsteps of the Lord, and God delights in every step they take to follow him. If they stumble badly, they will still survive, for the Lord lifts them up with his hands.”
Psalms 37:23-24 TPT
So yes, I encourage you to take some time. There are at least 13 days left of this year. I believe that God can still make some things happen for you! He’s just that kind of Father. He takes pleasure in breaking through our limits. Take the next couple of days and seek him for direction for the next year, even two years; why not! Don’t just leave this year with goals but ask God for a strategy!
Also, be patient with yourself. You are not behind time; you’re right where God wants you! Enjoy the journey, learn the lessons.
It may not make any sense why you're going in the direction that you're going. Just rest in this one thing. God has a plan for all of us. While it may not look like what He spoke right away, it’s already together. We are just walking through until the fullness of time!
Today, I am praying that you don't grow weary in well-doing. I pray that the limitations and timetables that you've placed on yourself that God never designed for you be broken off. I pray that the power of shame, worry, and condemnation be broken off of you today in Jesus name! I declare that peace, love, and joy is your portion. I declare that prosperity and success is your portion. I declare that fresh strategies and ideas are coming to you now! In Jesus name!
Today I want you to be encouraged and know that you are on the mind of God, and your steps are ordered by him!
